I have a hobby that has gone wild. I learned to bake gourmet chocolates and toffees from my grandmother. It sounds corny but her most prized ingredient was love. She truly loved and enjoyed baking for people.
I have been baking in Sonoma County for over 4 years now. Each time I come up with a new Chocolate confection, I give it to Loren, my husband, and he comes up with the imaginative and appropriate names, such as "Monkey Love Bark" and "Bada-Bing Cherry Bark."
I love being associated with Planet Organics and their high quality team. I deliver the small custom made batches to Planet Organics Office the same day they are baked. That very day the staff there gives the samples a "quality taste test." Thankfully from each and every person the verdict is always a unanimous, "excellent." Strangely though they insist on repeating the test each week!
I love keeping the exciting and tasty tradition of custom chocolate and toffee making alive in the Bay Area!
