"We’re known as the 'weird farm,'" says Christine. Though they are best known for their delicious strawberries, Coke Farm also grows salsify, puntarella, agretti, scorzanera, shiso, epazote, Japanese radishes, and heirloom varieties of several vegetables. The 26-year old farm provides a diverse assortment of seasonal fruits and vegetables to Planet Organics, including tomatoes, onions and their famous strawberries. Christine says simply putting seeds in the ground and watching them grow is the most satisfying part of owning a farm, and hopes that the 'local' movement will bring people closer to nature.
