Citrus Salad
What You Need
Place lime slices, tangerine sections, navel orange, and grapefruit in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the lime zest, mandarin orange zest, shallots, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Pour over the fruit. Arrange dressed fruit atop romaine lettuce to serve.
• 2 limes - zested, peeled, and sliced • 2 tangerines- zested, peeled, & sectioned • 2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned • 2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned • ½ red onions, diced • 2 tablespoon lemon juice • 2 tablespoon olive oil • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
