Homemade Tomato Sauce
What You Need
3 lbs tomatoes
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1lb pablano peppers
1 pint sweet mini peppers
6-10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
Italian seasoning








Preheat oven to 425. Combine all tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onion in a baking dish, drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are soft to the touch. Let pepper sit until cooled – combine everything else you baked in a sauce pan on low. Take potato masher & mash tomatoes until desired consistency. Peel pablano peppers, remove stem & seeds and chop. Remove seeds & stem of mini peppers and chop. Combine with sauce. Sautee mushroom & combine with sauce.
