These are pretty much a staple vegetable in my house, used to top many dishes, eggs, chicken, fish and soups. Cal-Organic Farms - Lamont & Coachella, CA

Usually eaten raw, green onions may be grilled or sautéed. Thinly slice green onion and saute the white parts with cooked spaghetti squash, then toss with fresh green parts for garish. Add chopped green onions and grated cheddar to scone dough and bake. Mix sliced green onions with soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced chile and garlic for an Asian dipping sauce. Blend together chopped green onion, shiso leaves, cilantro, vinegar and olive oil for a fresh vegetable dipping sauce or spread. To store, wrap in plastic; refrigerate.
