Dear Planet Organics,
I am writing to say that I am very excited about signing up with your
service! Very rarely do I take the time to write to a company but I am
so pleased that I just had to let you know. I am a mother of two, with
a very hungry husband that enjoys cooking with best organic produce
that I can find. I am also very busy and I never have time to go to
the store. Last friday I was out running around from 8:15 am to 5:40
pm and when I came home I had my fresh milk and a huge carton of fresh
food on my porch. I was so thrilled! Everything was still cold and
the produce was in excellent condition. My two kids (ages 2 and 5) ate
three apples right off the bat and said they were the best tasting
apples ever.
This week my family tried spagetti squash for the first
time and I made the most wonderful arugula and walnut salad. I have
pulled out my Alice Waters and Deborah Madison cookbooks and can't wait
to try out several new recipes. I don't like giving out anyone's email
without permission so I emailed about 10 of my friends and let them
know about you. Three of them asked me to go ahead and refer them and
seemed excited about trying you out. I love supporting the local
farmers of the area and especially family owned businesses such as
yourself. Also, I have had to call in about a question and your staff
was very courteous and professional. Thanks again for providing this
great service.

Dear Planet Organics,
As I unpacked my box this evening, I munched garlic crostini and
Satsumis, and decided it was time for my annual "Why I love Planet
Organics" letter.
Four years ago, a friend suggested that serving my young daughter
organic produce might be a good thing. I opened an account with Planet
Organics, the company my friend suggested. Little did I know that
eating organic produce would change my own life.
I suffer from an inherited digestive disorder. Most members of my
family of origin share it. When I began eating organic produce from
Planet Organics, my condition improved dramatically. When you began
carrying Niman Ranch meats and Petaluma poultry, and I began ordering
them, my symptoms virtually disappeared. In the past two years, I have
been completely well, for the first time ever. Ever.
Let it be understood that I am not a purist, or a vegetarian. I love
fried chicken. I sneak McDonald's french fries sometimes. I was
raised in the rural midwest, and I will eat just about anything so long
as it's covered in gravy. But I have come to understand that the
pesticides and hormones and antibiotics hurt me. And through Planet
Organics, I have become well again.

Dear Planet Organics,
I just wanted to say that the trumpet mushrooms in last week's box (2/03/04) were superb!
My husband has cooked professionally for 25 years and I was a professional cook for 10 years before becoming an educational conference coordinator. We have never tasted a finer mushroom. Bravo!

Dear Planet Organics,
I just wanted you to know how much I like your service
and the food! I have not had veggies as tasty
since I was living with my grandmother on her farm 20 years
ago. My 13-year-old daughter eats more veggies
and fruits than any other kid in her class (she loves
the asparagus- raw) and our whole family is a
healthier and happier one. Thanks, all your hard work is
appreciated.
Every aspect of the Planet Organic's company from your
web site, which is very well done and easy to use, to
your staff who answered all of my questions in record
time, with a sense of humor and human compassion, to
the food which is a constant reminder of how fortunate
I am, has been a joy. I am grateful to have people
like you making healthy food available and accessible.

Dear Planet Organics,
This letter is long over due. I have been a customer of yours for
over 4 years and I wouldn't have stayed with you if both your product
and service hadn't been superb. If I ever received something that
wasn't up to your usual standard, I simply picked up the phone and
let you know. It was either replaced or credited. No questions asked!
A few months ago I saw the Planet Organics van pull up across the
street. Thinking I had messed up on leaving my bins (I get twice a
month delivery), I went running outside with them. Imagine my
surprise when I found out that my neighbour across the street had
started receiving weekly delivery. He must have seen the van pull up
for years in front of my house. I guess it puts me to shame, and I
should change my delivery to every week, since he is a single man
getting weekly delivery and we are a family of 5 getting bi-weekly
delivery!
Thank you again for you fine products and service. I frequently rave
about you to the members in my MOMS Club. And several members have
joined over the last few years that I have been a member of the local chapter.

Dear Planet Organics:
I have just got to tell you how much I appreciate your
service. It has motivated me to eat better for myself
and to teach good nutrition to my grandchildren. You
should hear the audible praise and see their toddler
faces light up when they slurp on a juicy pear or a
succulant mango! 2004 was the year that I realized how
duped I have been regarding the food I eat and the
food I buy. The best thing I did in 2004 was to sign
up for your service and to become vigilant about the
packaging and content of the food I buy.
Everyday I hear about the health problems caused by
poor nutrition. I have packed away my microwave oven
and I have started to eat the fresh fruits and
vegetables that your service so efficiently supplies.
I tell all my buddies about the good food and
excellent service that Planet Organic provides. Thank

I continue to be extremely impressed by the attention everyone at PlanetOrganics pays to their customers. Every single time I’ve had any contact with someone there, I have been met with friendly, responsive support.

Seriously, we have been so happy over the last few months with your service. I tell everyone I can about it (I have a client base in SF of about 200). Your meat selection is very important to us, as we only want to eat organic and cruelty- free meats. And your produce is to DIE FOR (my fiance gets upset when he is served produce that is not organic and as nice as yours). Now that my fiance is living here with me, we no longer spend time in the Sunset. We were totally obsessed with Other Avenues, but it is just not an easy place to go now that we are in the middle of the city. Your service has made us happy that we are no longer able to go there!
I am also so grateful to interact with our delivery man. He is professional, polite and a delight to encounter. It is wonderful to know that there is a trustworthy soul letting himself into our home to leave is the most amazing food in SF.
I cannot thank you enough for offering a wonderful service with beautiful food! As a small business owner, I fully understand the desire and need to bring a viable, quality service to the marketplace. Our experience with your company thus far has been fantastic. We are grateful that your intention seems to flow through every aspect of your business. We can taste it down to the last bite!

Hey yall!!....
I was very surprised to find a free sample Chef's Eye meal in my box last
Thursday (28 April); moreover, it was the very one that I was planning to
purchase for myself,.........go figure,...how'ld you do
that????!!....He!...He!...He!...Ha!
Well,....I must say that it was nothing less than a FANTASTIC taste bud
party going on when I sat down to eat the "Vegetarian Tagine"
meal!!!!!...........oooooowee!!!!.......yeaaaaaa!!!.... ;)
Oh yea,.........Kudos to the entire P.O. TEAM for excellent service
[deliveries (Thom), communication, thoughtfulness and 100% accurately filled
orders during the past month of April]!!!!!!......
I desire lots of "profits" for you all!.......;)
