Quetzal Farm
Started in 1999 by Kevin, Quetzal Farm is best known for its mixed sweet peppers and dry farm tomatoes. These guys are pepper connoisseurs; in their barn refrigerator you’ll find a private stash of dried peppers of every variety. Kevin: "The best part about owning this farm is working outside with the seasons and never getting bored. These days, being a farmer means encouraging your habitat, being a soil expert, constantly innovating your techniques, keeping up with new legislation, fixing tractors, building business partnerships and connecting with customers, all while growing and delivering high quality, delicious products."
