BROILED SCALLOPS
What You Need
• 1 LB FRESH SCALLOPS
• 1 CUP ITALIAN BREADCRUMBS
• 2 TSP SALT
• 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
• 2 TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
• 1 TSP OREGANO
• 2 TSP PAPRIKA
• ½ CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATTED
• ¼ CUP LEMON JUICE
• 2 OZ BUTTER, MELTED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. MIX TOGETHER BREADCRUMBS, SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC, OREGANO, PAPRIKA AND PARMESAN CHEESE. BLEND THOROUGHLY. TOSS SCALLOPS IN BREADCRUMB MIXTURE, COATING WELL. PLACE SCALLOPS IN AN INDIVIDUAL CASSEROLE DISH. DRIZZLE WITH LEMON JUICE AND BUTTER. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES.
