I love ITALIAN PARSLEY! It has dark flat leaves and slender stems, with a bright and slightly bitter flavor. I love this herb because it goes well with so many dishes; it's great in eggs, on fish and chicken, as a garnish and one of my favorite uses is chopped in spaghetti with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Italian Parsley hand-selected for excellent quality. Look for full bright-green leaves with a fresh scent. Avoid wilting, yellowing or black leaves. Rinse bunches under cold water and shake dry. Wrap in a paper towel and place in a plastic bag, in the refrigerator for up to one week or more.
